UNITED ARAB EMIRATES PLANS FOR 100,000 SQUARE METRE FURNITURE FACTORY BY 2020
Right now, one of the world’s most exciting furnitureprojects is taking shape in Dubai, where under the brand name Safnon, Sobha Group, which is a multinational, multiproduct group with developments and investments in United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Brunei and India, is planning a new furniture factory. Advised by Lignum Consulting, the project is to construct a 100,000 square metre factory in the Gulf for the manufacture of doors, upholstery, kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, from where the plan is to become a global furniture industry competitor.
