Your Profile

· Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical

  Engineering/Woodworking Engineering

· Apprenticeship in cabinet making

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods

· Good analytical skills to support the development of

  customer oriented, practical solutions

· Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in

  an organization

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Proficiency in common office applications and

  industry-specific software

· Self-motivated and self-driven

· Good communication skills and high accountability

· Strong engagement and willingness to travel

· Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively –

  both verbally and in writing in English

Your Tasks

· Carrying out/supporting engineering consulting projects

  involving production or process optimization

· Supporting the development of strategic/process

  concepts and implementation of workable solutions

  with customer’s teams

· Data/process analysis and evaluation

· Implementing changes with client’s team members and

  supporting change management

· Active support in the development of customer-oriented

  consulting processes and methods
