INITIAL SITUATION
- Restructuring of an assembly area
- Lack of understanding of 5S and Lean principles
- Need for structured and efficient training methods
APPROACH
- Selection and training of multipliers/team leads who will act as trainers and mentors for their colleagues
- Conducting "Train the Trainer" workshops to prepare the multipliers for their roles and to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills
- Development of a training concept that enables the multipliers to conduct training sessions themselves
- Ensuring sustainability through audits in the trained areas
