APPROACH


  • Selection and training of multipliers/team leads who will act as trainers and mentors for their colleagues
  • Conducting "Train the Trainer" workshops to prepare the multipliers for their roles and to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Development of a training concept that enables the multipliers to conduct training sessions themselves
  • Ensuring sustainability through audits in the trained areas
