- Identify unproductive time through a time distribution study across all production areas.
- Identification of areas with high levels of unproductive time.
- Targeted search for waste based on the 7 types of waste - "waste walk" in teams of two.
- Evaluate and quantify identified waste.
- Develop ideas and actions to eliminate waste.
- Evaluate measures and determine potential savings.
- Action plan to implement the defined measures.
