STARTING SITUATION
- Calculation data is derived based on old processing times via "Compare and Estimate".
- Originally based on a detailed piecework system with unnecessarily high accuracy and high maintenance requirements.
- Traceability of the basic data is virtually impossible.
- A subsequent calculation is not possible because the actual processing times are not recorded.
APPROACH
- The aim is to provide a simple and efficient method for time recording and post-calculation. Simple costing modules are then to be derived from the post-costing.
- Define the relevant areas for time tracking and determine accuracy in relation to the effort for the employee.
- Development of an app with Microsoft PowerApps that allows employees to record processing times easily and quickly per workspace.
- This data is stored in SharePoint and can be used for various purposes. The evaluation is carried out via Excel for post-calculation at order level.
